John Allen Drake
September 23, 1952 ~ June 25, 2018
Our dearly loved Brother, Husband, Son, Papa, Uncle, Cousin, and most of all friend fought a courageous battle and Won even though he is no longer in our presence. He is a winner !
John loved life, friends, fishing and above all eating. Buffets, chicken and watermelon were his favorites.
John's number one love and friend was his Jesus. John overcame many obstacles in his life his relationship with his Savior Jesus and his friends. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Jensen for adopting John like a son and being there for him. Also to Mr and Mrs. Dabling, and especially his dear friend Trent.
You all made John's life beautiful

Rest in peace dear John. I never knew him well but he lived in our neighborhood. So happy to hear that he had a good life and was loved by friends and family.

John lived in my neighborhood & was in most of my classes at Castro Lane Elementary School. Although more of a loner, he was a kind soul with a “different” sense of humor; making you ponder the punch line awhile. He liked everyone & I never heard him say a bad word about anyone...ever. May you RIP John.
