Frank was born on November 9, 1952 and died on January 1, 1997. He was preceded in death by his father Frank B. Gallagher, Sr. and his mother Mildred Gallagher.

He leaves behind four daughters; Kimberly, Sarah, Mary and Heather and former wife, Candice Gallagher and other relatives.

Frank was a professional photographer.

Services were held Monday January 27, 1997 at 2:30 pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church 2216 17th street in the chapel
